What you will do

• Work closely with local sales directors, Account Executives, and Account Managers during the sales process and customer lifecycle.
• Provide technical product expertise, especially on integrations, APIs, and webhooks.
• Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and lead Proof of Concepts (POCs) to showcase hirify.global's capabilities.
• Map customer processes and tools to connect hirify.global with existing systems and turn phone systems into productivity tools.
• Set up POCs with clients, providing technical and network expertise in pre-sales activities.
• Champion the product roadmap internally and externally with Revenue teams, prospects, and clients.
• Build internal documentation on workflows and empower teams with technical expertise.
• Enable third-party partners and resellers for technical complex implementations.

Requirements

• Thrive on understanding customer needs in all stages of the sales cycle and delve into use case details.
• Be curious, critical, and driven by understanding 'why,' challenging thinking positively.
• Possess basic knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Javascript, Ruby, Go, Python) and understand web servers and databases.
• Have a proven track record of managing complex projects and diverse stakeholders.
• Previous expertise as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Account Executive, or Strategic CSM in a tech company.
• Native German & English proficiency required.
