Focus on driving revenue growth, shaping future product development with customer insights, and building the foundations of Solutions Engineering.

Location: Munich, Germany. This is a hybrid role requiring employees to come to the office for three Anchor Days (Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays) and to spend the majority of their week in the office.

What you will do

• Partner with sales on customer engagements, respond to advanced product/technical questions, RFPs, and security questionnaires.
• Provide thoughtful technical guidance and deliver compelling product demonstrations emphasizing business value and successful hirify.global deployment.
• Showcase custom solutions with hirify.global, curate structured product feedback for Product and Engineering teams.
• Work with marketing to refine technical narratives (blog posts, webinars) and educate the sales organization on product releases and competitive analysis.
• Document technical considerations and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
• Represent hirify.global at industry events, presenting the product vision and features to build trust and relationships.

Requirements

• 5+ years as Technical Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, Solutions Engineer, or Solutions Architect.
• Deep understanding of the AI landscape, confident in using and explaining AI tools.
• Ability to understand and explain API usage for advanced customer workflows and experience with third-party integrations.
• Fluent German and English.
• Strong project management experience, having managed complex projects to completion.
• Growth mindset, thriving in the building stage of a nascent team and highly adaptable to rapid change.
• Must be based in Munich, Germany, and able to work in a hybrid format.

Nice to have

• Experience as a first or early hire at a fast-growing startup.
• Experience using hirify.global.
• Coding experience to write basic scripts using the hirify.global API.
• Experience with and designing relational databases.
