Solutions Engineer (Enterprise)

Location: London, United Kingdom; onsite with three mandatory office days per week

What you will do

• Partner with sales on customer engagements and respond to advanced technical questions and RFPs
• Provide technical guidance to enable successful deployment and integration of hirify.global
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations emphasizing business value and outcomes
• Curate product feedback to inform Product and Engineering teams
• Work with marketing to refine technical narratives and create customer-facing collateral
• Represent hirify.global at industry events and conferences

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work onsite in London, UK
• 5+ years experience as Technical Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or Solutions Architect
• Deep understanding of AI landscape and ability to explain AI benefits
• Experience with APIs and third-party integrations
• Strong project management skills managing complex projects
• Growth mindset and adaptability in a fast-changing environment

Nice to have

• Experience as an early hire at a fast-growing startup
• Experience using hirify.global and basic scripting with hirify.global API
• Experience designing relational databases
