TL;DR

Sales Specialist (Fintech): Engage with orthodontists and general dentists to promote clinically integrated treatment solutions based on the Restoration and digital dentistry product portfolios with an accent on restorative workflows and aligner solutions. Focus on elevating patient outcomes and practice efficiency through strategic targeting and consultative selling.

Location: Remote. Your assigned territory will be the Lombardy region. Travel: at least 50% of working time

What you will do

  • Build and manage relationships with orthodontists and dentists to introduce digital workflows and aligner solutions.
  • Promote Ortho to Restore through restorative workflows, including Clarity™ aligners and complementary solutions like Filtek Matrix.
  • Educate customers on hirify.global’s digital ecosystem, including intraoral scanning, CAD/CAM integration, and case planning platforms.
  • Drive digital sales performance through strategic targeting, segmentation, and consultative selling.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Advisors, Marketing, and Sales Enablement teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Monitor trends in digital dentistry and orthodontics, providing feedback to internal teams to refine strategy and offerings.

Requirements

  • University education (bachelor’s or master’s degree) is preferable.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in sales (knowledge of traditional Orthodontic market is an advantage).
  • Proven experience in dental or orthodontic sales, ideally with exposure to digital workflows and aligner systems.
  • Strong understanding of restorative dentistry and orthodontic treatment planning.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clinical professionals.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel in particular) and Salesforce.co
