What you will do

• Ensure a seamless experience for merchants by supporting onboarding, documentation, and internal approval steps.
• Maintain the CRM system to keep it tidy, accurate, and up to date.
• Act as a bridge between sales, operations, finance, and support to solve problems.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and materials to support the sales team.
• Support the Country Manager with operational tasks and day-to-day activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to their implementation.

Requirements

• Experience in sales support, customer operations, or administrative roles.
• Excellent Italian and English skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A proactive, solution-driven mindset.
• Comfort using digital tools, with CRM experience as a plus.
• A collaborative spirit and a willingness to help the team succeed.
