What you will do
- Ensure a seamless experience for merchants by supporting onboarding, documentation, and internal approval steps.
- Maintain the CRM system to keep it tidy, accurate, and up to date.
- Act as a bridge between sales, operations, finance, and support to solve problems.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and materials to support the sales team.
- Support the Country Manager with operational tasks and day-to-day activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to their implementation.
Requirements
- Experience in sales support, customer operations, or administrative roles.
- Excellent Italian and English skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A proactive, solution-driven mindset.
- Comfort using digital tools, with CRM experience as a plus.
- A collaborative spirit and a willingness to help the team succeed.
