What you will do

  • Support Education customers through their full licensing and cloud renewal lifecycle.
  • Manage renewals, identify growth opportunities, and engage customers early to understand business needs.
  • Execute cloud migration and modernization conversations.
  • Leverage digital signals for customer acquisition via inbound leads.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists and partners to ensure timely and compliant outcomes.
  • Drive revenue retention, cloud adoption, and overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective negotiation and customer engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time in a high-volume environment.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and solution-based selling.
  • Experience handling customer-facing interactions and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency using CRM or sales tracking tools.

Nice to have

  • Experience in licensing, renewals, customer acquisition, or inside sales.
  • Familiarity with cloud concepts, subscription models, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working in Education sector sales or public sector sales environments.
  • Ability to interpret customer digital signals, lead qualification, and pipeline development.
  • Knowledge of structured renewal frameworks and lifecycle engagement processes.
