What you will do
- Own the full project lifecycle for website redesign and launch, from initial briefing through delivery and post-launch support.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (across disciplines and geographies) and client stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations in collaboration with capability leads.
- Actively manage budgets and resources, forecast burn, and escalate upcoming risks to senior leadership.
- Utilize project management and task management software such as Trello, MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, and Workamajig.
- Lead issue and risk mitigation, owning resolutions and ensuring on-time and on-budget deliverables.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience successfully managing creative projects of varying pace and scale.
- Proven ability to lead project teams in an agile environment.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across strategy, creative, and technical disciplines.
- Strong relationship-building and people skills to develop trustworthy relationships across multiple teams and with clients.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to make decisions quickly in an ambiguous environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Keynote, and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, Smartsheet).
