What you will do
- Deliver high-quality learning experiences for diverse audiences, including online group training and personalized enterprise training.
- Lead virtual 1:Many enablement sessions on the hirify.global product suite, enhancing engagement and knowledge retention.
- Conduct in-person training, managing preparation, delivery, and follow-up activities.
- Partner with Instructional Designers to improve training materials and programs.
- Customize training content for customers during custom engagements based on their specific needs.
- Become an expert on the hirify.global product to address basic to advanced product Q&A.
Requirements
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- 2-3 years of experience providing training, preferably at a SaaS or Technology company.
- Tech savvy, analytical, and a good problem solver.
- Self-starter, quick learner, organized, methodical, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Willingness to travel for in-person events and training sessions (up to 30%).
