Software Implementation Trainer

TL;DR

Software Implementation Trainer: Develop and deliver training programs on payment processing products and technologies with an accent on maintaining and updating training content and evaluating business outcomes. Focus on providing engaging presentations, demonstrations, and consultancy while expanding existing knowledge and building new expertise.

Location: Primarily remote within the United States, but requires residing within a reasonable commuting distance to one of our office locations for occasional on-site presence. Candidates must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for current or future immigration sponsorship.

Salary: $75,000–$80,000

What you will do

• Develop and deliver training programs on payment processing products, processes, and technologies for internal and external clients.
• Maintain and update training content and systems based on system development, regulatory mandates, and compliance.
• Provide engaging presentations, demonstrations, and consultancy relating to systems, products, and processes.
• Evaluate training effectiveness to determine if business outcomes have been achieved and ensure continuous improvement.
• Proactively expand existing and build new knowledge, participating in team meetings and projects.
• Take the lead to deliver training plans and serve as a liaison between clients and TouchNet for all training throughout projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (additional experience in lieu of degree will be accepted).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in training delivery and subject matter.
• Proficiency with four ERPs and four or more products.
• Ability to analyze, research, and develop training content based on individual client needs.
• Strong professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and serve as an escalation point for peers.

Nice to have

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the full training life cycle (analysis, design, delivery, evaluation).
• Proficiency in a second language.
• Experience in training or teaching adults and relevant training certification.
