What you will do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive education and training strategy to enable customers and partners to maximize the value of hirify.global's platform.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality educational materials, including tutorials, documentation, videos, and webinars.
- Design and implement training programs tailored to the needs of different user segments, including end-users, administrators, developers, and partners.
- Lead and manage a team of Partner Solution Consultants and Architects, Instructional Designers, Program Managers and Trainers.
- Establish certification programs to validate the expertise of users and partners.
- Collaborate with the partner team to enable our partner ecosystem, providing them with the resources, tools, and support needed to effectively sell, implement, and support hirify.global solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business, Education, Finance, or a related quantitative discipline field.
- Two (2) years of experience in communicating with Technical, Business and C Level stakeholders
- Two (2) years of experience in iPaaS/SaaS organization.
- Experience documenting business processes and applying technology to optimize and automate these processes.
- Experience building, coaching and mentoring teams.
- Two (2) years of experience in operating models, SDLC, security and governance in large enterprises.
