TL;DR

Manager, Sales Development (Ai): You'll be key in sharpening the systems behind a world-class outbound engine by elevating team performance and driving true operational excellence. Focus on AI utilization, workflow execution, prospecting strategy, and multi-channel outreach.

Location: Fully committed to working in-person, 5 days/week at our San Francisco headquarters

Salary: $160,000 USD annually

What you will do

  • Develop mastery of hirify.global’s product, ICP, and value proposition.
  • Partner with the Head of Sales Development to coach and train the team on AI utilization, workflow execution, prospecting strategy, objection handling, and multi-channel outreach.
  • Maintain a high-performing culture by supporting daily SDR execution and ensuring quota attainment and key performance metrics are met.
  • Report on SDR performance, KPIs, and forecasts to senior leadership with clarity and accuracy.
  • Work in close partnership with our world-class GTM Engineering and Revenue Operations teams to enhance team execution and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Fully committed to working in-person, 5 days/week at our San Francisco headquarters.
  • 3+ years of experience exceeding outbound targets in B2B SaaS, along with 0-12 months of SDR management experience.
  • Ownership-first mindset.
  • Thrive in early-stage, high-urgency environments where speed and impact matter.
  • Upholds a high-expectation culture centered on hard work, intensity, and continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern sales tooling.
  • Deeply curious about how AI is reshaping outbound and excited to adopt AI-powered workflows that improve team output and pipeline generation.
