TL;DR

Senior Account Manager (SaaS): Strategically managing a portfolio of key accounts to understand evolving business needs and identify expansion opportunities, with an accent on driving sustainable revenue growth through cross-sell and upsell. Focus on developing deep customer relationships, articulating strategic product value, and influencing continuous product improvement.

Location: Must be based in Canada, with a focus on Quebec. Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetings, customer engagements, or company events is required.

Salary: CAD $80,000–$90,000 base salary, with approximately $80,000 in variable compensation (uncapped OTE).

What you will do

  • Own and strategically manage a portfolio of key accounts, engaging with customers to understand their evolving business needs and objectives.
  • Partner with customers to identify cross-sell, upsell, and expansion opportunities across the hirify.global portfolio to drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Monitor product usage, adoption metrics, and account health to proactively address potential risks or adoption barriers.
  • Develop a deep understanding of hirify.global’s products and IT Complete™ platform to articulate strategic value and position solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists and cross-functional teams, serving as the voice of the customer to influence continuous product improvement.

Requirements

  • 2-5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, IT management, MSP, Network Security, or a related technology industry.
  • Demonstrated success managing and growing existing customer accounts through expansion, cross-sell, and upsell.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience operating in a metrics-driven, fast-paced sales environment.
  • Ability to create and manage weekly, monthly, and rolling 6-week sales forecasts.
  • Experience using CRM applications (Salesforce preferred) to manage accounts, opportunities, and pipeline.
  • Fluency in French and English is mandatory for this role.
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada.
