What you will do
- Own and manage the full sales cycle for Enterprise accounts in Canada, from prospecting through contract negotiation and close.
- Build, maintain, and execute a robust pipeline, ensuring consistent progress against quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new Enterprise business opportunities, positioning hirify.global as a strategic partner.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Business Development Representatives (BDRs), and Partners to generate demand and accelerate pipeline creation.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Professional Services, Finance, Legal, and Client Support.
- Maintain a strong understanding of treasury, payments, liquidity, and financial risk management, along with industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, IT, or related field.
- Minimum of 10+ years of successful Enterprise software or SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Strong experience selling to the CFO and Treasury buying center; treasury domain knowledge strongly preferred.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including experience responding to RFPs and presenting to executive audiences.
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce.com for pipeline management and forecasting.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% based on territory needs.
- Must be based in Canada.
