Sales Executive (Fintech): Owns and manages the full sales cycle for Enterprise accounts in Canada, positioning hirify.global's cloud-based treasury, payments, and risk management solutions. Focus on developing account strategies, building relationships with C-level executives, and driving deals to meet revenue targets.

Location: Remote (Canada). Must be based in Canada.

What you will do

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle for Enterprise accounts in Canada, from prospecting through contract negotiation and close.
  • Build, maintain, and execute a robust pipeline, ensuring consistent progress against quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new Enterprise business opportunities, positioning hirify.global as a strategic partner.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Business Development Representatives (BDRs), and Partners to generate demand and accelerate pipeline creation.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Professional Services, Finance, Legal, and Client Support.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of treasury, payments, liquidity, and financial risk management, along with industry trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of successful Enterprise software or SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Strong experience selling to the CFO and Treasury buying center; treasury domain knowledge strongly preferred.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including experience responding to RFPs and presenting to executive audiences.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce.com for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% based on territory needs.
  • Must be based in Canada.

Nice to have

  • MBA preferred.
  • Fluency in French.
