TL;DR

Senior Manager - Enterprise Delivery Transformation: Defining and leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives with an accent on aligning priorities, embedding a high-performance delivery culture, and standardising capital management post-merger. Focus on shaping executive narratives, driving measurable benefits, and overseeing comprehensive communications and engagement programs.

Location: Newbury, United Kingdom. This is a hybrid role requiring attendance at the office 2-3 days each week, for at least 8 days per month.

What you will do

  • Define and lead the EPT transformation vision, aligning enterprise priorities and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide EPT transformation leadership, shaping executive narratives and securing adoption of best-in-class delivery practices.
  • Embed a high-performance delivery culture, ensuring business change, benefits realisation, and performance transparency.
  • Act as senior change leader for embedding a unified delivery culture post-merger across business units and geographies.
  • Oversee delivery transformation communications and partner with HR, Finance, and leadership on organisational design.

Requirements

  • Strong track record of defining compelling enterprise transformation visions and influencing executive stakeholders.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills across various business units, functions, and geographies.
  • Proven expertise in enterprise capital management and delivery, including portfolio governance and investment prioritisation.
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide business change programmes in large, complex, technology-driven organisations, ideally post-merger.
  • Demonstrated success embedding best-practice delivery frameworks and driving measurable improvements.
  • Deep experience in change leadership, including communications, engagement, training, and cultural change initiatives.
  • Advanced capability in transformation KPI design, benefits realisation, and performance tracking.
