What you will do

• Develop and maintain the integrated technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives.
• Co-lead and coordinate Big Room Planning sessions to drive engagement and collaboration.
• Document and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
• Coordinate and support critical meetings, owning plans, resources, risks, issues, and action logs.
• Capture and follow up on actions from key meetings and workshops to ensure timely execution.
• Maintain dashboards, reports, documentation, and prepare high-quality presentations and communications.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on integrated planning and management skills, including dependency, sequencing, risk and issue management.
• Strong coordination and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Solid experience with Jira and Jira Align.
• Confidence using Microsoft 365 tools, especially SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured way.
• Comfortable working with data to generate insights and recommendations.
