What you will do

• Oversee monthly reconciliation of Oracle and change actuals, validating forecasts and estimates.
• Collaborate with Finance Business Partners and FP&A to understand corporate reporting.
• Track and report on resourcing views across the department, advising on utilisation.
• Develop and manage effective portfolio reporting for data-driven decisions.
• Work as a trusted partner to ensure effective delivery and control of the portfolio.
• Maintain a comprehensive portfolio financial spreadsheet for Tech Services Leadership.

Requirements

• Approximately 3 years of experience in a similar Portfolio Management Office/Project Office role.
• Essential financial and budgetary experience, including month-end reconciliation.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• English: B2 required.

• Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience in financial services.
