Location: London (Hybrid). Must be legally eligible to work in the UK and able and willing to work from hirify.global’s London office at least 2 days per week.

Salary: £105,000–£125,000

What you will do

• Enable trust and security at scale for hirify.global’s rapid growth.
• Own and operate security governance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2).
• Plan, coordinate, and lead external audits end-to-end.
• Drive programmes to maintain existing and achieve new certifications.
• Identify, track, and remediate non-compliances and security risks.
• Own hirify.global’s customer-facing Trust Centre and respond to security questionnaires.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading certification and re-certification audits (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2).
• Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and operating security compliance programmes.
• Strong track record of managing complex, cross-functional programmes in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
• Ability to explain security and compliance concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments (e.g., startups).
• Legally eligible to work in the UK.
• Able and willing to work from hirify.global’s London office at least 2 days per week.
