What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of PMs, Delivery Leads, Developers, SMEs, and third-party resources.
• Plan and manage the ERP project portfolio, aligning with business priorities, governance, and financial goals.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to manage expectations and maximize delivery value.
• Drive portfolio planning activities like PI Planning and MTP, ensuring effective resource allocation.
• Promote agile adoption, build communities of practice, and support continuous improvement.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, manage risks, and ensure team wellbeing.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering large, complex IT projects or programs, ideally ERP-focused across multiple business processes (H2R, O2C, P2P, R2R).
• Strong leadership, people management, and coaching skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience with project management and agile frameworks (Prince2, Scrum, Lean, Product Owner).
• Degree in IT or equivalent experience; technical background is desirable.
