What you will do

• Review and evaluate current processes and ways of working, identifying areas for automation.
• Interpret complex datasets to unlock insights that drive operational improvements and customer satisfaction.
• Own end-to-end delivery of key strategic and operational initiatives in close partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Monitor and assess the success of implemented strategies and continuously identify areas for improvement.
• Effectively manage a team within the Quality Assurance (QA) function.

Requirements

• Proven track record of owning and leading complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong hands-on analytics ability, comfortable pulling data and using it to drive decisions (strong SQL required).
• Experience in people management and leading a team through change.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to influence cross-functionally and up to senior leadership.
• A deep passion for AI and technology.

Hiring process

• Remote call with hiring team and 15-minute cognitive assessment.
• Remote call with the Director of Operational Oversight.
• 90-minute on-site interview and 45-minute Cultural interview.
• 30-minute remote sessions with Head of Compliance, Chief Risk Officer, Chief Operating Office, and a UK Product Managing Director.
