TL;DR

Senior Territory Account Executive (Digital Native): Focusing on the acquisition of prospective customers and expansion of existing customer accounts, primarily in the Digital Native sub-segment, including internet-first, SaaS, gaming, e-commerce, fintech, and high-growth technology companies. Focus on crafting and communicating compelling value propositions for hirify.global services and building long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.

Location: Hybrid. Available locations: Singapore

What you will do

  • Build a robust sales pipeline through continual engagement and nurturing of key prospect accounts, with a strong focus on high-growth Digital Native companies and tech-driven business models.
  • Understand customer use-cases and how they pair with hirify.global’s portfolio solutions, particularly for Digital Native workloads such as web performance, application security, API protection, Zero Trust and global traffic acceleration, in order to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Craft and communicate compelling value propositions for hirify.global services, tailored to Digital Native buyers who care about speed, scalability, security, and developer experience.
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with key accounts, including founders, CTOs, and technical decision makers in Digital Native organizations, to ensure customer adoption, retention and expansion.
  • Operate internally as a liaison with cross-functional teams to share key customer feedback and insights to improve customer experience and further investments with hirify.global.

Requirements

  • Direct B2B sales experience, adept at new business acquisition and account management.
  • Direct experience handling Hong Kong & Taiwan markets.
  • Experience selling a technical, cloud-based product or service.
  • Working knowledge of the cloud infrastructure and security space.
  • Solid understanding of computer networking and Internet functioning.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to Digital Native, SaaS, internet or technology-driven companies is strongly preferred.
  • Technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS is advantageous.
