Salary: $68,900–$118,050 USD

What you will do

• Participate in project planning and execution for mid-sized IT projects.
• Assist with resource allocation and tracking.
• Coordinate project activities and ensure deadlines are met.
• Document requirements and monitor project performance.
• Identify and report project risks and mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate team meetings and contribute to post-project evaluations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of technical project management experience, with a focus on Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Lean Startup, Scaled Agile Framework).
• Experience in international, cross-functional, team-based environments.
• Ability to effectively communicate decisions and their rationales.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, written, and problem-solving skills.
• BS or MS degree in computer science or related discipline preferred.
• Experience with MS Office.
