Named Customer Success Manager (Government): Guiding strategic federal government customers in deploying and adopting hirify.global, ensuring continuous business value and long-term success with an accent on balancing customer needs with business objectives, proactive risk identification, and developing creative solutions. Focus on driving mutual value, managing renewals, and exploring expansion opportunities within complex federal environments.

Location: East Coast, USA (hybrid in New York office with regular travel to Washington, D.C., Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday in-office). Remote candidates in the East Coast region are considered.

Salary: $160,000–$181,600

What you will do

  • Develop and nurture relationships with strategic federal government customers.
  • Support the hirify.global Gov strategy to meet public sector needs, partnering with customers to define strategic goals and impact plans.
  • Execute the customer journey ensuring value through deployment, change management, and business reviews.
  • Collaborate with Sales on account plans, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
  • Analyze customer usage to identify risks and drive engagement for product adoption.
  • Serve as the voice of customers, providing feedback to R&D and business teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in SaaS Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Deep background working with federal customers, understanding government procurement, security, and operational needs.
  • Direct experience with FedRAMP and public sector cloud software compliance.
  • Prior experience managing high-value customer relationships post-sales/deployment.
  • Ability to work with C-Suite, administrators, and functional leaders.
