What you will do
- Lead and manage the Enterprise Sales team in Saudi Arabia.
- Develop and execute an enterprise go-to-market strategy for the dedicated territory.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for 1000+ user enterprises.
- Establish and maintain executive-level relationships to create a qualified pipeline and drive revenue.
- Drive the entire sales cycle for customer acquisition for new and existing clients.
- Present hirify.global's portfolio at events and convey customer requirements to Product Management teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- 7+ years of direct IT Sales account management experience handling large accounts.
- Demonstrable experience in Enterprise/Corporate Sales in the IT software industry.
- Cybersecurity experience highly beneficial.
- Proven track record of delivering revenue and profit in Enterprise Sales.
- Strong business acumen and executive-level sales skills.
- Fluent English required.
