What you will do
- Generate new leads and opportunities, upsell and cross-sell to exceed revenue targets on a quarterly and yearly basis.
- Take ownership of your book of business, ensuring pipeline accuracy and managing customer relationships.
- Onboard customers and develop relationships with champions within existing accounts.
- Size, quote, negotiate, and close software license upgrades to existing implementations.
- Interact with customers via phone, email, video conference, and on-site meetings when necessary.
- Utilize Salesforce for activity management and accurately forecasting opportunity pipeline.
Requirements
- 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in a SaaS or subscription model.
- French and/or Dutch language skills required.
- Experience selling a technical product to a technical buyer.
- Proven expertise in account planning and prospecting using various channels and tools (e.g., Zoominfo, LinkedIn).
- Expertise in navigating, growing, and closing deals in existing enterprise customer accounts.
- Professional written and spoken English level required.
Nice to have
- Experience in Software Development Tooling sales or selling into the Development side of IT.
- Experience with selling and closing deals internationally.
