What you will do

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products to increase account spend.
• Proactively manage relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention rates and customer satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact and advocate for clients within the organization.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Product) to drive customer success.
• Provide accurate forecasts and regular reports on account status, including sales and revenue projections.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
