What you will do

• Recruit and manage a pipeline of TikTok creators
• Launch seasonal campaigns converting engagement into affiliate revenue
• Build creative toolkits and onboarding content for creators
• Analyze and report on campaign and creator performance, adjusting tactics in real time
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop TikTok-native content and evolve affiliate strategy

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near London with hybrid work (3 days in office)
• Proven success in affiliate or creator marketing programs, ideally on TikTok
• Strong understanding of TikTok's creator economy and platform challenges
• Creative problem-solving skills to navigate TikTok Shop restrictions
• Commercial mindset with experience tracking CTR, ROI, and conversions
• Excellent communication skills for supporting diverse creators
