Content & Brand Manager (Climatetech): Refine and own the brand narrative for hirify.global Solar & Heating, driving growth through strategic content creation and multi-channel marketing initiatives with an accent on clear, credible, and scalable customer communication. Focus on defining content strategy, executing campaigns across various platforms, and supporting franchisee marketing efforts.

Location: Hybrid - London (Notting Hill) up to twice a week. Candidates will be assigned to one of three hub offices: Bristol, Glasgow, or London. Sponsorship is not available for this role.

Salary: £55,000–£65,000

What you will do

• Own and refine the brand narrative and unique value propositions across all customer touchpoints.
• Define and execute the content strategy to drive business growth.
• Create engaging written and visual content for channels like Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and blogs.
• Support marketing campaigns, partnerships, and digital collateral for various internal teams.
• Facilitate local marketing for franchisees by providing playbooks, templates, and guidance.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in fast-moving startup environments (ideally B2C).
• Strong content creation capabilities (written and visual assets).
• Experience executing multi-channel marketing initiatives with commercial impact.
• Comfortable operating as an individual contributor across multiple stakeholders.
• Must be able to work in the UK.
