What you will do
- Build and manage a team of project managers based in the NY office for scalable projects.
- Develop and maintain high-level relationships with C-level executives from major entertainment companies.
- Oversee team performance to ensure achievement of quality and revenue goals quarterly.
- Grow event revenue by maximizing sales, ensuring customer excellence, and managing operational quality and budgets.
- Scale experiences to other cities, with opportunities for travel.
- Negotiate and close business deals with partners and manage internal teams involved in projects.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in project management, startup, or consulting background.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with proven team management experience.
- Solution-focused mindset, identifying problems and defining solutions with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Experience managing complex projects and influencing all levels of staff.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and C-level relationship management.
- Extensive networking skills and the ability to forge partnerships.
- Native English proficiency.
