What you will do
- Drive the growth of hirify.global Rentals' advertising business.
- Develop business and product recommendations for multifamily ad products.
- Lead end-to-end initiatives impacting Rentals business growth.
- Design, launch, and test experiments and pilot programs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to establish scalable processes.
- Contribute to the long-term strategy and vision for Multifamily Advertising Products.
- Build analytical frameworks to optimize strategic decisions.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in Product Strategy or Strategy and Operations roles within technology companies or consulting firms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience building models and defining metrics.
- Experience designing and executing pilots or experiments.
- Strong strategic judgment for market opportunities and customer needs.
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills across product, sales, marketing, and analytics.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and lead complex programs.
