Location: Remote (U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States)

Salary: $153,600.00 - $245,400.00 annually (specific to certain US states)

What you will do

  • Drive the growth of hirify.global Rentals' advertising business.
  • Develop business and product recommendations for multifamily ad products.
  • Lead end-to-end initiatives impacting Rentals business growth.
  • Design, launch, and test experiments and pilot programs.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to establish scalable processes.
  • Contribute to the long-term strategy and vision for Multifamily Advertising Products.
  • Build analytical frameworks to optimize strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in Product Strategy or Strategy and Operations roles within technology companies or consulting firms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience building models and defining metrics.
  • Experience designing and executing pilots or experiments.
  • Strong strategic judgment for market opportunities and customer needs.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills across product, sales, marketing, and analytics.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and lead complex programs.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B environments.
  • Familiarity with real estate, rentals, or advertising products.
