Salary: $170,000 - $200,000 USD (Region 1)

What you will do
- Serve as the strategic lead and central point of accountability for the DTC/eCommerce roadmap.
- Manage, track, and deliver the eCommerce roadmap, ensuring on-time delivery of high-priority programs.
- Build new market entry program plans, including cross-functional dependencies like product compliance and payment setup.
- Build and implement repeatable processes to continuously improve delivery schedules and minimize risk.
- Align and inspire cross-functional teams to support all roadmap deliverables.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and generate reports for data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- 8+ years in the eCommerce space with specific experience in high-level technical requirements, product GTM strategy, marketing partnership strategy, UI/UX design strategy, and/or program/project management.
- Must have international expansion experience for a hypergrowth organization.
- Experience launching products and sales channels into new, international markets with a deep understanding of requirement gathering and compliance monitoring best practices.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with eCommerce best practices and integration with various stakeholders across the organization.
- Vast experience managing a D2C/eCommerce sales channel in the consumer technology world (PMP certification preferred).
