Marketing Operations Manager (SaaS): Own and optimize our end-to-end marketing technology stack, performance measurement, and go-to-market execution infrastructure with an accent on architectural systems, data discipline, and revenue alignment. Location: Hybrid (4 days in-office) in New York City, San Francisco, or Denver, USA. Must have US work authorization.

Salary: $117,000–$140,000 USD

What you will do

  • Own the architecture, integration, and optimization of the full martech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Ensure seamless data flow across marketing, sales, and revenue systems.
  • Design and maintain lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle frameworks.
  • Own multi-touch attribution models and build frameworks for channel and campaign performance.
  • Establish executive-ready dashboards tying marketing activity to pipeline and revenue metrics.
  • Partner with Demand Gen and Sales to design and operationalize ABM programs.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in Marketing Operations, RevOps, or GTM Operations in B2B SaaS.
  • Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce in complex sales environments.
  • Proven success supporting demand generation, ABM, and revenue reporting at scale.
  • Must join our in-person culture, working 4 days in-office and 1 day remotely.
  • Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship is required.
