Salary: $220,000–$250,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Evolve and optimize operating rhythms across Product and Engineering for planning, roadmap reviews, and delivery health.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Program Managers (TPMs) and program leaders.
• Improve mechanisms for prioritization, sequencing, dependency management, and resource planning.
• Drive delivery of high-impact, cross-functional programs spanning product engineering, platform, data, and operational workflows.
• Scale launch readiness processes, operational workflows, and escalation paths.
• Coordinate delivery across internal product teams and external stakeholders in a B2B2C operating model.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in Technical Program Management, Product Operations, or Technical Delivery Leadership.
• 3+ years experience leading TPMs and/or scaling program management in a growing organization.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across Product and Engineering, comfortable working closely with Operations.
• Proven track record of delivering multi-team, multi-quarter initiatives with clear business and customer outcomes.
• Solid technical fluency to partner effectively with engineering teams on scope, sequencing, and risk.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future immigration sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience in a B2B2C, marketplace, or operationally complex business.
• Experience with consumer-facing software products and platform integrations.
• Experience working in the energy industry.
