What you will do

• Communicate with global players as the face and voice of the Hay Day team.
• Advocate for players within the team and the company.
• Create daily content and engage with content creators and community members.
• Build organic social media strategy in close collaboration with other managers.
• Work side by side with another Hay Day Community Manager.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Community Management experience.
• Proven experience managing social media for brands.
• Experience in building social media/channel strategies to drive social conversation.
• Deep understanding of platform-specific best practices, social algorithms, and audience behaviors.
• Exceptional writing skills.
• Passion for hirify.global games and mobile games in general.
• Ability to work independently without guidance.
• Comfortable on camera and interacting with players online and face-to-face.

Nice to have

• Experience with social media management and business intelligence tools.
• Experience in other marketing disciplines and/or content creation.
• Experience in the gaming industry.
