Salary: $127,800 - $153,300 USD OTE (On Target Earnings) in Draper, UT.

What you will do
- Retain and expand revenue from hirify.global’s largest accounts.
- Maintain exceptional relationships with key mid-market and strategic accounts.
- Manage, onboard, and train businesses on hirify.global’s products.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Sales teams.
- Work with finance/accounting executives to apply hirify.global’s platform and overcome usability roadblocks.
- Document daily activity in Salesforce and Gainsight to drive sales revenue.
Requirements
- 2+ years in a quota carrying position.
- Ability to listen, earn trust, and consult with clients.
- High level of initiative, organization, and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Basic understanding of financial reports (Balance Sheet, Income Statement) and accounting systems (QuickBooks, Netsuite).
- SaaS experience.
- English: B2 required.
- Must have authorization to work in the United States.
