What you will do
- Drive the design, delivery, and adoption of sales productivity analytics and tools across a global sales organization.
- Provide sales operations planning and analytical support for core processes like quota planning, commissions, and forecasting.
- Conduct financial and operational analysis and modeling to predict and interpret business trends.
- Define concrete business requirements for CRM and ancillary platforms to ensure accurate sales performance reporting.
- Champion adoption of pipeline management best practices and leverage CRM tools for new pipeline generation.
- Lead ad-hoc sales operations projects and work with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree required.
- 7+ years of experience in sales operations, with demonstrated success in sales process optimization and KPI analytics, preferably in finance and/or tech.
- 5+ years of direct sales team support with a strong understanding of field sales management and go-to-market strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce.com and proven success in implementing system integration projects.
- Expert data management skills, including full working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (macros and pivot tables).
- Excellent analytical, financial, and oral/written communication skills.
