What you will do
- Execute a consultative sales motion by understanding merchant needs.
- Conduct prospecting, discovery calls, demos, and develop solutions.
- Deliver a predictable, repeatable, and scalable outbound sales process to fill your pipeline and close deals.
- Partner with the Business Development Team to convert and close outbound leads.
- Introduce Clearpay to merchants in all verticals and drive go-live urgency.
- Oversee the sales cycle from prospect to close and ensure successful merchant onboarding.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals and measurements through proactive outbound sales efforts.
- Use Salesforce to track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and outcomes.
Requirements
- 2-4+ years of experience in an outbound sales role.
- Experience exceeding sales targets through self-sourced lead generation.
- A structured thought process with the ability to assess business opportunities and read prospective buyers.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to connect with customers by email and phone and quickly establish trust.
- The ability to drive deals independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive activation post close.
- Prior Salesforce experience or equivalent.
