TL;DR

Regional Sales Director: Building and growing sales for an AI-native cybersecurity platform across Southeast Asia with an accent on strategic planning, quota attainment, and team management. Focus on identifying enterprise sales opportunities, developing sales strategies, and mentoring regional sales managers to achieve specific business goals.

Location: Ability to work remotely from Southeast Asia (Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, etc.) and willing to travel on short notice up to 50% of the time within the region.

What you will do

  • Provide management oversight to Regional Sales Managers to drive sales strategy and goal attainment in Indonesia and Thailand.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions and communicate corporate strategy within your Region.
  • Plan and direct activities including planning and implementing forecasts, relationship development, and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish short-term and long-term goals and quotas in line with corporate objectives.
  • Identify and qualify important Enterprise sales opportunities at the management level.
  • Act as a coach, mentor, and educator to all Regional Sales Managers within your Region.

Requirements

  • Native fluency and business level English required.
  • Strong understanding of Cybersecurity technologies and competitive offerings.
  • Experience as a successful Regional Sales Director with a track record of exceeding assigned sales quotas in contiguous, multiple years.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Sales organizations and technical teams.
  • A demonstrated ability to manage professional level employees.
  • Ability to work remotely and willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
