Focus on fostering strong client relationships, nurturing pipeline development, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Location: Hybrid work in La Defense, France

What you will do

  • Hire, onboard, and develop account management team members.
  • Manage customer accounts across SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Strategic segments.
  • Accurately forecast revenue and update Salesforce.
  • Serve as an escalation path for internal teams and customers.
  • Develop and nurture sales pipeline for the team.
  • Manage and lead a team of approximately 5 individuals.
  • Support strategic business reviews and expand solutions through upsells.
  • Manage customer renewals and prevent churn.
  • Negotiate effectively with multiple levels of customer management.

Requirements

  • Previous management experience at a SaaS company.
  • 4+ years of Sales and/or Account Manager experience.
  • Extensive experience with renewal strategy and negotiations.
  • Knowledge of Treasury Software / Accounting software industry.
  • Strong account and pipeline management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent French and English language skills required.
