What you will do
- Hire, onboard, and develop account management team members.
- Manage customer accounts across SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Strategic segments.
- Accurately forecast revenue and update Salesforce.
- Serve as an escalation path for internal teams and customers.
- Develop and nurture sales pipeline for the team.
- Manage and lead a team of approximately 5 individuals.
- Support strategic business reviews and expand solutions through upsells.
- Manage customer renewals and prevent churn.
- Negotiate effectively with multiple levels of customer management.
Requirements
- Previous management experience at a SaaS company.
- 4+ years of Sales and/or Account Manager experience.
- Extensive experience with renewal strategy and negotiations.
- Knowledge of Treasury Software / Accounting software industry.
- Strong account and pipeline management skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluent French and English language skills required.
