What you will do

  • Assess your territory and develop a successful execution strategy.
  • Use a solution-based approach to selling and creating value for new logo accounts.
  • Identify and close quick, small wins while managing longer, complex sales cycles.
  • Track all customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce.
  • Exceed activity and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Promote the value of the hirify.global' Data Intelligence Platform.

Requirements

  • Understanding of the data platform and cloud ecosystems.
  • Some exposure to the software industry and basic concepts of selling SaaS, Data, and Business Value.
  • Basic understanding on how to research company information and identify key stakeholders.
  • Competent with prospecting research and ability to map out key stakeholders.
  • Adept in selling to technical buyers.
  • Understanding of MEDDPICC.
  • Experience exceeding sales targets/quotas.
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience.
  • Fluency in English and French is required.
