TL;DR

Strategic Sales Executive (Fintech): Developing commercial relationships and driving client acquisition strategies within the financial institutions sector with an accent on translating FI and end-client needs into hirify.global solutions and commercial constructs. Focus on building executive relationships, managing full sales cycles, and owning revenue targets for a portfolio of accounts.

What you will do

  • Develop commercial relationships and drive overall client/account acquisition strategies for your portfolio.
  • Translate financial institution and end-client needs into hirify.global solutions and commercial constructs.
  • Build and maintain executive and senior stakeholder relationships across various banking sectors.
  • Own ACV/CARR, pipeline, and forecasting with disciplined management and opportunity progression.

Requirements

  • Experience in financial services, SaaS, or fintech working with large global banks or FIs.
  • Proven track record of managing strategic/global accounts or partnerships with Tier-1 institutions.
  • Experience managing full sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation and close, as well as renewal cycles.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience owning revenue targets, pipeline, and complex deal cycles.
  • Executive presence and presentation ability.
  • English: B2 required.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience working with or for a Tier-1 global transaction bank.
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS or platform environment with FI partnerships or channels.
  • Global exposure across EMEA, NORAM, and/or APAC, with demonstrated ability to work across time zones and cultures.
