What you will do
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing, and activating deals.
- Build and convert a high-quality pipeline of fintechs, banks, PSPs, and digital platforms.
- Open new markets, landing strategic accounts and rapidly unlocking revenue.
- Drive senior-level conversations with founders, C-suite executives, and product teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless go-lives and account expansion.
Requirements
- 8+ years in B2B payment sales with a proven hunter DNA.
- Strong network across PSPs, fintechs, banks, wallets, and e-commerce players.
- Track record of exceeding targets and closing complex commercial deals.
- Execution-first mindset: proactive, resilient, self-driven, and hands-on.
- Fluent English required; other European languages are welcome.
