TL;DR

Location: This is a full-time role based in our Paris hub. Regular travel to the Middle East region is required.

What you will do
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of Account Executives to foster success.
- Participate in customer and prospect meetings.
- Assist in continuous training, development, mentorship, hiring, and career growth of the team.
- Help shape and further develop sales processes and initiatives.
- Deliver weekly forecast meetings and advise Account Executives on strategies.
- Travel regularly to the Middle East region for client/customer meetings.
Requirements
- 7+ years of sales experience, preferably within SaaS, with 3+ years of management experience.
- Ability to thrive in a constantly changing and evolving environment.
- Exceptional coaching, writing, discovery, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of leading successful and consistent sales teams.
- Understanding of the technical and competitive landscape.
