Location: Hybrid, requiring at least two days per week (40% of time) at one of the office sites in Bristol, Chester, Halifax, or Edinburgh, United Kingdom.

What you will do

  • Manage CRM Marketing for Borrowing, Homes and Transport throughout the Customer Lifecycle Management funnel.
  • Effectively run CRM campaigns, deliver against key objectives, and optimise performance and automation.
  • Run ongoing 121 acquisition-to-retention programs, scaling successful new campaign work.
  • Stay on top of marketing trends, data, and technology to continuously experiment and improve.
  • Maintain high standards in the implementation of all campaign work to achieve target outcomes.
  • Demonstrate a culture of stellar collaboration, communication, and focus to enable pace of change.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering CRM plans that optimise audience, channel, cadence, and content across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Proven experience assisting the delivery of multi-channel CRM campaigns safely and compliant to FCA rules, particularly 121 email.
  • Advocacy for agile ways of working.
  • Experience managing budgets, workflows, and risks associated with marketing plans, including using tools like JIRA and Workfront.
  • Demonstrates outstanding collaboration with peers and colleagues across teams.
