Marketing Executive

TL;DR

Marketing Executive: Supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns across email, social media, and events with an accent on driving engagement and extending reach. Focus on managing email campaigns, collaborating with partners, and coordinating events to turn community ideas into reality.

Location: Flexible location: We have offices in Newquay and Bridport and offer hybrid working from either office. Fully remote with occasional travel to meet the team in the South West (UK) will also be considered.

Salary: £28,000–£30,000 per annum

What you will do

• Assist with digital marketing activities, including email campaigns, advertising, and social media scheduling.
• Work with a database of partners to promote educational resources, content, and webinars.
• Support event coordination for webinars and in-person events, including logistics and on-site assistance.
• Assist in creating marketing content such as newsletters, case studies, and product videos.
• Support general marketing operations.

Requirements

• Strong written communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Demonstrate passion for marketing and initiative in past campaigns or product launches.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in cross-functional and remote team settings.
• Basic knowledge of email marketing best practices and social media platforms.

Nice to have

• Interest in developing design and video editing skills (e.g., Adobe tools).
• Experience with email marketing platforms/CRMs such as HubSpot or Mailchimp.
• Strong copywriting ability.
• Comfortable with Google Workspace/Microsoft Office.
