What you will do
- Provide leadership and contribute to growing sales in the LATAM South territory.
- Provide strategic perspective, distribution management, and sales support to distributor sales teams.
- Develop and implement sales, clinical, and marketing strategies to maximize revenue and profit.
- Launch new products and secure product registrations in the territory.
- Build strong working relationships with key Opinion Leaders, end customers, and internal colleagues.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and in-service training on hirify.global products.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience within indirect (distribution) and direct sales management in the healthcare market.
- Demonstrable capacity to understand and present medical devices to distributors and end customers.
- Fluent in Spanish and Advanced English.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of time, including internationally.
- Strong commercial, strategic and tactical selling, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience in the LATAM market (EMS) is highly desirable.

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Biomedical Engineering).
