TL;DR

Salary: Up to £115,000 base + £5,441 London Weighting (Total up to £120,441) + 25% Bonus

What you will do

  • Build and execute a high-impact commercial growth plan, focusing on branded content, sponsorships, and multi-platform partnerships.
  • Define and shape a world-class commercial product suite for digital partnerships.
  • Lead strategic, creative partnership conversations with C-suite and senior-agency stakeholders.
  • Own key client relationships, build pipelines, and convert opportunities into multi-year business.
  • Deliver market-leading, insight-led pitches that showcase the full breadth of hirify.global' offerings.
  • Drive revenue and performance accountability for branded content and partnerships.

Requirements

  • Proven success selling multi-platform, content-led partnerships across social, digital, experiential, talent, and broadcast.
  • Experience leading high-performing partnership or sales teams, setting direction and coaching talent.
  • Strong record of innovation and commercial creativity in designing digital commercial products and partnership frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of digital ecosystems and social video platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat.
  • Outstanding strategic and creative response skills to translate briefs into compelling proposals.
