TL;DR

Director, Enterprise Sales (Observability): Driving revenue growth, process excellence, and team culture across the UK, Ireland, and Nordics for a next-generation observability platform with an accent on complex negotiation and strategic territory planning. Focus on executive engagement, maintaining deep observability expertise, and ensuring operational alignment within a distributed Northern Europe team.

Location: Flexible across UK, Ireland, and Nordics, with London, UK as a potential office base. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and enable a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Provide direct, rigorous coaching on complex negotiation and qualification strategies.
  • Enforce strict MEDDPICC process discipline and develop strategic territory plans.
  • Serve as the executive escalation point for securing high-value contracts.
  • Maintain deep Observability expertise to position value against competitors for C-level leaders.
  • Ensure seamless alignment with internal teams and manage a high-engagement operating rhythm.

Requirements

  • Consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales growth goals in Enterprise Software sales, focused on expansion/upsell.
  • Highly proficient in using Salesforce for reporting, forecasting, and pipeline analysis with commitment to data quality.
  • Demonstrable track record of leading and successfully concluding high-stakes, multi-million-dollar contract negotiations.
  • Direct experience managing and growing revenue within the UK, Ireland, and Nordic markets.
  • Expert-level proficiency in a formal sales methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC or Command of the Message).

Nice to have

  • Proven experience selling or leading sales teams focused on complex, technical products in Observability, APM, Monitoring, or related DevOps space.
