What you will do

• Develop and implement comprehensive business development plans aligned with long-term objectives.
• Lead in-depth market analysis to identify high-value opportunities across target regions.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and strategic partners.
• Lead identification, qualification, and development of global business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, pitches, and executive-level presentations.
• Drive revenue growth by delivering against business development KPIs and financial targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in business development or project management, ideally within aviation, infrastructure, or consulting.
• Proven ability to build strategic partnerships and deliver measurable commercial growth.
• Strong strategic and commercial acumen, including market assessment, negotiation, and deal shaping.
• Exceptional communication skills and experience presenting to C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Advanced presentation design skills (PowerPoint, Adobe suite).
• Willingness to travel internationally, sometimes at short notice.
