What you will do
- Define and achieve regional revenue and growth targets for hirify.global's Integrated Network Platform.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and strategic channel engagement.
- Identify, onboard, and manage strategic channel partners, collaborating to co-develop and execute regional go-to-market plans.
- Drive cross-sell of LiveAction Network Observability into the hirify.global customer base and lead complex, multi-solution sales cycles.
- Expand reach into large, complex organizations beyond traditional enterprise segmentation, including regulated industries and critical infrastructure.
- Conduct weekly forecasting and cadence reviews, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve performance.
Requirements
- Senior sales leadership experience within enterprise or complex commercial technology markets.
- Strong background in partner-led and ecosystem-driven sales models.
- Experience selling platform or portfolio solutions rather than single-product offerings.
- Comfortable operating as a hands-on senior individual contributor.
- Must be based remotely in the UK.
