What you will do

• Administer and maintain the Highspot sales enablement platform, including user management, content organization, and permissions.
• Configure, launch, and manage private offers within AWS Marketplace, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and IT teams to align Highspot and AWS Marketplace strategies.
• Develop and document best practices, workflows, and training materials for end-users.
• Analyze sales data and generate reports to inform leadership on tool adoption and operational efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within sales operations and implement solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or a similar analytical/administrative role.
• Hands-on experience with Highspot or comparable sales enablement platforms preferred.
• Experience administering and configuring private offers in AWS Marketplace is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support users.
